What we've been up to lately...

It seems these past couple months have just flown by!  Spring cleaning has kept us busy.  We are also getting close to wrapping up the school year, Lord willing by mid-May.  The girls are doing so well at Math and we are all learning so much from our History curriculum.  We're also enjoying Science and Language Lessons too.  Anna has begun to write poetry and I love her newest poem about learning how to be a homemaker, especially the pictures that go with it : )  Besides "the books", here are some of the other things we've been up to:

Anna's learning how to play badminton

And she really likes it and getting better every time we practice : )
Olivia is learning the art of home decorating
She really likes it and told us she wants to decorate our whole house when she grows up : )
Her flower arrangement now brightens our dining room table!

Please keep Anna in your prayers.  She's had some strange vision issues lately.  First she got blurred vision for 5 hours last week.  Then she didn't pass the vision test at her yearly physical.  When she went to see the ophthalmologist we discovered that she doesn't have good peripheral vision!  The dr said this is strange because her eyes look perfect (from the inside).  She had her get an MRI done to rule out anything serious...thankfully the MRI came back clear.  So, she'll continue to go through testing until we find out what is going on.  To us she is acting perfectly normal and is doing all the same things she normally does so we are quite perplexed.

Anna recently learned how to knit from a friend at church.

She is knitting a blanket for Olivia.

We were able to plant some flowers and the girls are learning how to take care of them.

Daddy teaching Christopher how to hit a ping pong ball with the paddle

We also are enjoying fellowship with the church.  We are currently going through a marriage video series by Paul Tripp as a small group study.
Playing Scrabble with friends from church after lunch
We pray that you are continuing to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord!

In Christ,
Sandi
