First Fish for these Three

Yes we are busy unpacking but still found time for a fishing trip. It was a class taught by a ranger/police officer and we learned a lot. Kids had so much fun and caught a lot of fish from a stocked pond:
Anna caught 23 (not her first)
Libby caught 12 (first time)
Sophia caught 19 (first time)
Christopher caught 11 (first time)
We didn't get to keep them (catch and release) but the next class in July we can keep and eat them. These fish were all blue gill and we hear they are delicious and not "gamey" tasting. Looking forward to going back!
